Coastside: 2nd Thursday of the Month starts at 1:30 PM, Granada Community Services District Office, 504 Avenue Alhambra, El Granada

13 members. 2 members shall be licensed architects or landscape architects; 1 alternate member shall be licensed architect or landscape architect. 2 members shall be residents of the unincorporated communities in which the project being reviewed is located. The bayside unincorporated communities are: Emerald Lake Hills, Palomar Park, Devonshire and along Middlefield Rd. in North Fair Oaks. The coastside unincorporated communities are: Montara, Moss Beach, El Granada, Miramar and Princeton.
3 years; maximum 4 terms or until replaced
To review, condition and approve building permit applications in the design review areas. The Committee reviews all applications for compliance with specific site planning and architectural standards developed for the area
Architects and community representatives are appointed by the Board of Supervisors. For communities where an advisory council has been established by the Board of Supervisors, the advisory council shall make a recommendation on community representatives prior to appointment by the Board.
$50 per meeting not to exceed $50 per month
