Two members shall be licensed architects or landscape architects; One member shall be a resident of the unincorporated community in which the project being reviewed is located.
Three years; maximum 12 years.
To review, condition and approve all building permit applications in the design review areas. The Committee reviews all applications for compliance with specific site planning and architectural standards developed for the area.
Architects, Palomar Park, Emerald Hills, Devonshire and Coastside representatives are appointed by the Board of Supervisors. The North Fair Oaks Municipal Advisory Council shall advise the Board of Supervisors as to the appointment of the North Fair Oaks Representative.
$50 per meeting, not to exceed $50 per month.
